I can't remember if I downloaded the app called Navigator or if it was on the phone when I got it, but it is simply great! A nice pleasant female voice to boot. It seems to do most everything my Garmin does. Fancy that. I'm liking my phone more and more each day.

I do have one help request......After saving my bookmarks out, I can't find the folder that they are stored in or am I able to call them back up.

I consider Google Navigation a HUGE selling point of the Android platform in general. I haven't used my Mio navigation unit (Knight Rider - heh) since I got my first Android.

By bookmarks, do you mean favorite addresses? I have to 'star' mine as favorites in Google Maps for them to appear in my quick list.

I still rock my magellan because it wont run my cell phone battery down and when i was using it in nevada if you loose all signal say goodbye to your navigation.

Its nice on short trips around town though.

I've noticed though that once a route is calculated, the map & direction data is cached. So in the event of last week's data outage, my navigation was uninterrupted -- so long as I stayed on route. Once I was off course, it couldn't recalculate.
