Application remote control garage door opener on a Samsung Galaxy S3

As I have seen that there are applications that mimic the functions of a remote control for x dipositive because I thought it might be and if there is how you can create the tool?

My control is brand SEA. The reference is: SEA type smart. This has 3 buttons but I only use the main ..

I had trouble getting the license, click di 30 and I have not been able optener free license. Free license need to prove that the product works with my garage.
