    What is the application being run on the screen that has the concentric circles? It looks a whole lot like Polar Clock for the PC, but I don't see anything similar to that in the market. Does anyone know what it is and where to get it, preferably to work on Android 1.5. Thank you.

    its a live wallpaper, called polar clock

    That would be live wallpaper running on 2.1. You won't find it in the market.

    Okay, so is there a way to get it working on my Eris, without rooting?

    Waiting on the 2.1 upgrade should so the trick.
