As the title says. Has anyone found a fix for this? I tried reinstalling the APK but that doesn't work. The keyboard is gone and doesn't show up in my list of keyboards under settings.

I had the exact same problem when trying to load hexfusion 2.1. Unfortunately my fix was to do a nandroid restore of before i tried to apply the theme, then i loaded each apk individually EXCEPT for the voicesearchkeyboard.apk. i did not load the keyboard and everything went fine.

    Hope that helps!

Ya, that was going to be my next solution. Doesn't seem like there are any fixes that I can find. Thanks for the help.

Your voicesearchkeyboard.apk was probably corrupted, i would redownload the MM theme entirely and try reinstalling it. that is, if you still want the keyboard to accompany it.
