Help Apps all move after turning off and on

I recently updated to the latest S7 edge firmware (released last week) and it seems slightly faster with less internal memory being used.

I have a Samsung 256gb card onboard. I always move all available apps to the sd card.

Since the update if the phone turns off and back on all my apps and widgets are moved. This is so frustrating, anyone know of a fix coming soon?
