I've had problems with Apps downloading all the time. I've generally just canceled the download and re-installed. However, in the last couple of days, I've had 3 applications that are constantly in the Install mode. The Installing progress bar is up, and the button at the bottom has the word Installing..., grayed out (i.e., I can't press it). There are no options in through menu button to cancel. I've gone to Settings, Applications but can't see any options there to kill the installation process. I wish there was the equivalent of ctrl+Alt+Del.

Any ideas as to how I can kill these processes?

  2. Welcome to Android Forums, geko.

Menu > settings > applications > manage applications > market > clear cache then clear data (be sure to clear cache and data both, not just cache).

    Reboot. ;)
