Apps Disappear from app drawer

[Android Question]

i have an android 4.1.1 tablet pc i am using it for about 7 months and now the downloaded apps are disappeared from app drawer i factory reset my tab and install the apps again but they does not appear in app drawer however these apps appears in settings>manage apps>all
please tell me what to do because these apps had no icon or shortcut to launch them
