When you say market are you talking about the android app market or the amazon app market? If its the amazon app market I would remove the associated app and go back through the download process from amazon and see it this fixes your problem. As for not seeing the apps you downloaded are you sure they were apps vs wigets? Finding widgets is a different process than for apps. You might also look under your downloads tab in the file manager and see if what you downloaded is there waiting to be installed. Hope this helps.
If your having problems with the Market app, the website shouldn't work for installs. The
website uses the market app to download the files to your device.
Have you updated to 3.2 yet?
