    Saw this over at XDA forums. Search for "Captivate" on the android market and there are free apps from Samsung. Car home and Desk home!!

    Car home is actually pretty neat. Going to check out desk home after I play with this. Thanks!

    They are a group of tools you would use in the car or at home respectively.

    Car has : View Map, navigation, voice search, contacts and search.
    Home has: Time, weather, alarm, daily briefing, gallery, music and voice search.

    I think that is how att is restricting certain apps. The marketplace recognizes your device and custom tailors your search results.

    Sweet. Yeah, just found 'em. Also found QuickOffice... which is a full MS Office-compatible editing suite... wow. Nice.

    Yeah, quickoffice was the **** find out of that bunch, nice not to have to pay for that documents to goapp.. now to find an openoffice.org app (since that is the format I have all my real docs in these days.)
