I've used antivirus apps to find out what app it is but all it says is that it is multiple apps that i can't uninstall due to them supposedly was installed by the manufacturer even though they weren't, i already looked up ways to get rid of the app on the web and all i found is to root but my phone can't be rooted yet.

You could always factory reset your device.

A factory reset will do no good if they are installing themselves as system apps.

As mentioned above, root could be a solution, but an even better solution would be to flash factory images for your device if they are available.

Can you tell us what device you have? Make/model/carrier/Android version/etc.

Well, with being a more obscure device, I didn't think I'd have any luck finding factory images but I may have found something. Is your device Amoi N820?

If so, you may have some luck with this: http://firmwarefile.com/amoi-n820

Worse than Amoi then. No idea who makes that one, which makes the chances of finding manufacturer's firmware for it zero. Looks like an HTC, but it's not though. Knock-off. And given what it is, it could have come with the self installing apps problem from the factory, and there's nothing you can do about it! RMA it for a refund if it's still within time, or take it up with Amazon for defective products.

Who's "Mobile Mates", is that a Hong Kong or mainland PRC vendor?
