My first droid, not sure what running apps I can stop. Can someone help. The following runs all the time.

The short answer is don't stop any of them, at least not with a task killer. Many of them listed as running are only sitting in memory in case you need to run them but aren't actually slowing your phone down or using battery power. Let Android manage your memory for you and you'll have a better experience with the phone.
