I rooted last night and am using BB .3 My question is are there any good/useful apps that can only be used while rooted? I've already re-installed most of the apps I had before root.

Titanium Backup (get the pro version)
ROM Manager (get the pro version)
    AdFree
    drocap2
SetCPU (remember to set your device to Autodetect, NOT Droid)
    Wireless Tether (use with caution!!!)

More apps can probably be found by searching the Market for "root"

Cachemate and auto memory manager are two that I recommend.

Just as a note, I believe Pete's "godmode" script lets any file explorer have root privileges, which seems to make root explorer redundant. You could also manipulate files as root by using Terminal Emulator and entering the su command first, of course.
