am using samsung galaxy pro gt b-7510.am unable to move some apps to phone memory to sd card like facebook,gmail,maps and also am unable to update my phone software.can u help me to get rid of it.

Unfortunately you would need to root your device to be able to move all of your apps over to the SD card, as only some apps by default allow you to do this.
