Apps uninstalling themselves

Happy New Year to my friends in this forum.

I am helping a friend with this odd problem he has been experiencing for long time. My friend has a Galaxy S3, and his apps downloaded from the Play Store uninstall on its own after a moment. In the notification bar, it shows a triangle sign saying Uninstalling (name of the app). He even created different google accounts, and he still has the same problem with the apps uninstalling. Before the S3, he had the Esteem with the same problem. He switched to the S3 thinking he won't face the same problem as it is a better phone, but it's all the same with the problem.

Since this a rare problem, he doesn't get help with MetroPCS. The only thing they do is replace the phone over and over. It seems that with every phone his apps uninstall after some moment.

We also contacted the Google Play Store support, but they are blaming on the carrier (which doesn't make sense to me) as part of the response.

What the problem could be? Is there a tweak in the settings we may have missed? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Thanks to all in advance for your responses.

What exactly is getting uninstalled?

Google will uninstall malware, apps that violate copyrights, and apps that the carrier doesn't want supported on their network.

Depending on what is being talked about, maybe nothing is broken at all.

Thanks for your prompt response.

It gradually uninstalls every app like Angry Birds, Tune In Radio, etc etc until such apps aren't found on the phone, they need to be reinstalling every time, but they uninstall one by one after some hours or days.

Followed all the instructions given, it's been two weeks, and so far it hasn't uninstalled any apps on its own. Apparently problem is fixed thanks to you. I guess this topic could be closed.
