Hi everyone. It is my first time here on this forum and I'm trying to fix my phone.
So, I was using Android 5.0 on this device, and I rooted it using KINGO ROOT. Then, I did a hard reset/factory reset on the device and now the touch screen ability doesn´t work.

Is there anyone that can help me?

I'm really desperate to work this out...

    With my best regards,

    Bruno Cerqueira

I'm not familiar with nor have any experience using any Aquarius phone, hopefully someone who has will reply.
As a last resort measure, especially after problems that occur after using a utility like KingoRoot, it's often a matter where it's necessary to just re-flash a stock ROM. Flashing a ROM is essentially the same as reloading the operating system on a computer. After flashing the stock ROM, this returns it to its original, non-rooted state. Up to you if you want to try rooting it again or not. In this instance the manufacturer gets some plus points for providing stock ROMs on its site:

Just a subjective comment but if your phone only has 1GB of RAM and you were having performance and stability issues before prompting you to root it to attempt to clean it up, that's only going to help to a limited extent. Any Android phone with just 1GB of RAM is going to problematic at times, that's just not enough memory.

Thanks for your reply. Can you just give me a little lights on how to do that? I think the USB Debugging is disable because of the hard reset, so I don't know what to do.

These instructions on flashing a stock ROM appear to be appropriate for your model:
    https://androidmtk.com/flash-stock-rom-using-smart-phone-flash-tool
At least it looks to be following the typical process for phones I'm familiar with, again no experience with Aquarius phones.
As for USB Debugging being disabled after that Factory Reset, at this point it sounds like it's worth trying to flash a ROM no matter what. (..... and I reading through those instructions it's not even mentioned.)

Hi there. So, I think I flash it, but another problem has surged. The touch screen is working, but it's backwards I think. The layout and the disposition of the icons is in the right order, but the touch itself is wrong. I can post a video of it later if it helps, but again, I don't know what to do here. It's really hard to enter the setting because I don't know where the touch will lead to, but I was able to enable USB debugging. Are you understanding what the problem is?

Try restarting your phone into its Recovery Mode and select the 'wipe cache partition' option:
    http://www.hardreset.info/devices/bq/bq-aquaris-e5-hd/recovery-mode/
But it sounds like you're not sure about whether you were successful at flashing the ROM or not. If you did, it would have been returned back to it's original state, so things like the user interface would the same as when you first got the phone.
Also, the touch screen seems to be an over-riding issue. If the problem is a hardware issue than any software solution won't solve the problem. Anyway, try wiping the cache partition and see if that makes any difference.

I just wiped the cache partition and I waiting for the phone to pop up. I will tell you if it's working, although I think I will not make any difference. I do I know if I really flush the ROM? Can you send me a tutorial on how to flash the ROM? I really would aprecciate it, and again, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE HELP!

EDIT 1: It's still the same!
