Help Arc release date in U.S

Im wondering if anyone knows anything of an exact date of when the Xperia Arc will be released in the U.S. So far I've read that it will come out sometime in the summer but I'm looking for an exact date

I think there are japan supply issues holding things up (you know, earthquake, tsunami, nuclear meltdown)... so things could be a bit vague for that reason at the moment.

Besides the markets where the Xperia neo is already available, Sony Ericsson has halted the Neo to allow for supplies of the Xperia arc to be maintained.

This is down to a shortage of key components shared on the new Xperia devices, so Sony Ericsson has been forced to think strategically. I guess, therefore, they won't release some handsets in new markets until they fulfill the existing backlog.

Am I missing something? The Arc had been in Canada for over a month. And non in the States? very odd
