Edit: The post pretty much says it all; we're app developers. We like access to information and relational information hence our Wiki based app; and we're excited to see how many ppl would be interested in such a thing. Other than that, we're just regular people looking to produce something with our development hobby.

Hi :). We here at ArcDatum are relatively new to Android dev and we're looking to get some feedback for our apps. We found the Application Announcements and Application Reviews sub-forums but we can't post any links or images yet until we make enough other posts.

If anyone's interested the apps are called Wiki Lecturer (TTS) Free and Wiki Lecturer (TTS) Pro. We'll make an official post on those aforementioned sub-forums when we actually can.

For now we're just wondering if there's anything we should be aiming to do or anywhere we should go to promote our app a bit more. Marketing advice is good, functional advice on our app is also good.

    Thanks
    The ArcDatum Team

    Thanks :)

We would post in there but we gotta rack up those posts before we can put links and images in our posts. We don't wanna do a half baked job so we'll wait until that restriction is lifted; whenever that might be. Hopefully we get some good feedback when we do so we can act on it and improve the app.

Here's a question. Is there anywhere in particular on this site which touches on taking android devices and going down to the hardware level? Things like the JTAG interface or reverse engineering capacitive screen signals? Our members are somewhat interested in building special purpose devices powered by Linux and starting with Android devices is a reasonable place to start.

We already have experience with many of the ARM development boards (BeagleBoard is a good example) and working with both Android and mainline linux but we're looking to build something from the ground up.
