Are Android apps any good on a tablet?

I know there are some apps written specifically for the iPad, but what about an Android tablet? I heard the apps for those are just phone apps and they are not optimized for a tablet so they don't look that great.

You're right.. not many Android apps have been developed with the new tablet screen rez and size in mind.

It won't be long, though. It is in the best interest of the developers to do so.

So should I get an iPad instead? Does a person need flash?

I am changing from an iPad to a Xoom. Flash is a big part of the reason why. It is very frustrating to have a expensive iPad/iPhone and expensive data charges but still be limited by what you can see on the web.

I am sure the apps will come fast for Droid tablets. I know with Honeycomb they are saying all the existing apps will port right over. I am just not sure about the res part of it.

the new desire flash or what ever its called is just a huge HTC desire so once the apps have been optimized they will work perfect...
