    The title says it all. I love the Hero, but would really like to be able to change icons, text, themes, ect.

    Thanks in advance.

    Sense UI is HTC's Home theme , If you choose a home replacement app they will have their own themes and ways of use. But their are a number of Home replacement apps out their , why not give them a try? {Don't have Sense UI though}

    I would personally recommend Pandahome or one of my current favourites include GDE {3D cube transition effect} & Home++ Beta {Fantastic layout}

    ...As for the icons, try Anycut or Bettercut (and I'm sure there are others). This will allow you to change them to your liking.
