i'm pretty disappointed that android has been around this long without an app that syncs photos. i'm looking for something automated and preferably over the air into a cloud storage. i'm coming from Windows Mobile where Microsoft's My Phone app did all this.

My Droid automatically syncs with picasa, it's only one way, I have to manually upload, but I like it.

You can use Picasa or Flickr or Photobucket.com. I'm sure there are more but certainly more than none.

Now that i have sorted my account issue, the Gallery syncs with Picasa for viewing.

And I can manually upload when I want to.

so does it only sync a thumbnail? i'm looking for something that'll automatically upload new pictures taken from my phone to picasa/photobucket/etc daily.

this may seem like it'll do the job, but it's third party and costs $$$ PicPush - Android app on AppBrain

I use photobucket - and for such a simple app, it's brilliant. I don't have to even remember to upload as it does it all for me.
    Excellent app

Pixelpost will do what you want for free with just about any and all free hosting sites, but it will add some delay in taking pictures. Camerazoom fx adds syncing with the paid app. There are manual tools like Picasa tool and justpicture that you might want to check out too.
