I'm using a rooted S3 running 4.0.4, and I have problems with my data/cellular service becoming unavailable after use for short amounts of time. For example, when I'm watching a video on YouTube I'm able to stream the video with minor interruptions. As soon as the video is finished and I go to load another video my data drops to zero bars and stays that way for around 1-2 min (then goes back to full service). The same also happens when I make phone calls. I normally have pretty good service when I'm outside of my neighborhood so I'm unsure why this happens.
Also I've noticed that cell standby has been eating up a large percentage of my battery (I'm aware that this is a known issue and had supposedly been fixed via JB update. I'm unsure weather or not this may have something to do with my particular issue). Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.
