Root [AT&T] Flashing back stock rom sgh-i337m

Hi, its my first post in here.
Two thing, I wanted to try a custom rom then I flashed in cm10.2 nightly jfltecan.zip but didnt work. And at Second, I did try to flash in graviton.zip and didnt worked too. I did wipe dalvik cache... I am doing something wrong. Now I need some help to restore or put a a new rom correctly. I have the original stock i377m (rogers carrier) rom of 1.6Gb but when I try to flash it itoo my phone, it fails... Now, my galaxy siv is working well but I have no wifi.

try a rom for your phone on xda at & t is the same
