Root [AT&T] Help!!

I rooted my Galaxy S3 today. Cool. I had CWM 5.5.0.4 installed and everything.
Having 2 different ROM's installed on my SD card, I did a factory reset and tried installing one of them.
Status 7 error.
So I tried flashing the other.
Status 7 error.
No biggie. I'll just restore my nandroid backup.
But I already wiped and my nandroid backup is corrupt. Awesome.

Now all I have is a phone that boots into recovery, or download mode.
But, of course, that recovery aborts any installation of any ROM whatsoever.
What can I do now? :/

I tried loading the stock ROM back to the phone via Odin, but this is what happens:

Can you say "FML"? What can I possibly do to just get this phone booting?

It sounds like the error is in the updater-script for the rom. Looks like that has to be edited somehow or some people have luck by changing their version of CWM.

That's about all I can do for ya, as I don't know anything about the S3!

also see if you can install the latest CWM. it's up to 6.1 or something around there.
