Root [AT&T] how do I resize my side taskbar?!

I finally found my side taskbar and got it to my home screen but now when I drag an app to the right of the screen to open either on the top or the bottom it covers the entire screen. I've tried to find the blue line that seperates the screens and resize it there but I can't find it! How can I get it to just open in part of the screen and not the whole thing?

Hi if you are trying to get a single floating window use spen get air command and choose pen window hope this helps .
