AT&T - T-Mobile deal is dead

In case you haven't heard yet, AT&T announced today that it is giving up on the acquisition of T-Mobile-USA from Deutsche Telekom.

I was really looking forward to the buy out. It would have drastically improved stock value of AT&T as well with service (I get terrible service in buildings and especially my dorm where I spend a majority of my time). Oh well, at least I still have access to amazing phones.
And above, that's funny, I did an article and referenced gigaom in it! Crazy how that works!

Im glad the buyout didn't happen. It would have meant less competition and one less carrier to choose from. I don't like AT&T which is another reason I'm happy.
