ATF Cleaner

I had to get my Mytouch 4g reset today and I lost everything (of course). I was able to get everything back after though except for one program. ATF Cleaner. Its a program that I use on my computer and absolutely love for cleaning up everything. But today when I went to get it back on my phone it was no where to be found on the market. Does the program still exist anymore? If it doesn't does anyone know of a good alternative to it?

I didn't found ATF Cleaner for Android and so I couldn't look for its detailed features.

With my old HTC Desire with its small apps storage space I was used to use 'Quick App Manager'.
Maybe this app will help you

Yes, Quick App Manager will do this (dispite its name )
