My atrix phone keeps shutting off. It dose not matter the battery life nor dose it matter the temp. I could be looking at the background and it shuts off. This is very annoying. Any suggestions?

The first thing I would look at is the battery, it may have a slightly loose fit.

Try wedging a small piece of paper between the battery end opposite of the connection & the battery pocket.
