Root Attempting to root my Cliq XT

Good afternoon,

I really would like to root my Cliq XT but not that mobile savy I have read a ton of tutorials and still a little hesitant to do so. If anyone could give some advice or direction and the easiest possible way to root my phone I would greatly appreciate it.
