Been trying out the video chat, but everyone I try to talk to says that my audio cuts out really bad and that there is a horrible echo. It has worked flawlessly with one person who wears a headset instead of listinening through speakers. Anyone else with this issue and have you found a fix?

    By the way,

One person who cant hear me well at all is my wife on my desktop computer. I use that same computer for skype and have never had an issue with it. It seems to be the combination of going through my xoom and Gmail with the video chat plugin.

Yes, and my problem is identical to yours. Only success is if they are using headphones.

I have had this same problem and I am actually relieve to hear that others have it as well, because it means it is most likely a software issue and not a hardware issue. Anyway, I had this same thing happen to me on two seperate video calls last night. I can hear them fine, but my audio will cut out on them sporadically. However, the mic seems to work fine when taking a video with the camera.

I am getting the same thing when I try to do video chat with Google Talk. My wife says that half my words do not come through.

Also on my end I get this annoying static pop/snap every few seconds out of the speakers. Anyone else run into that?
