Help audio files ... big problem!

Hi everyone,

I am having an annoying issue with my galaxy s3, when I transfer audio files on my phone, they seem to get corrupted somehow so I can't play them or they jump couple of sec forward etc. I tried different formats mp3, m4a, wma. I also used Samsung Kies app. Has anyone had a similar problem??? I'm begging for help ;(

Did you put the files on your external sd card? You might wanna mount that before you start using it. I hope you copied the files in stead of cutting them, if so - mount ext sd card (which will wipe everything) and try again.

so ur saying I should take the ext memory card out of the phone and use card reader to copy files? did I get it right?

Leave the external SD card in the phone. Go to settings -> Storage ->Format SD Card.
