I just checked my TB and my headphones work just fine and I also use it in my car with the Aux cable to listen to DC 101 on I heart radio. Take it back.

Make sure your headphones have 3 stripes instead of 2. See link:

Headphone jack has been working perfectly for me, but now all of the sudden as of yesterday it has stopped working at all...tried 3 different headphones...no sound at all...:(...software problem or definite hardware problem? This will be the 2nd time I will have to replace it if it is a hardware problem with the phone...

Hmmm...just for the heck of it, I decided to do a battery pull and then reboot, and guess what...my audio jack has started working again! Does that mean this is a software bug that HTC needs to be made aware of and fix?
