Help Audio problems

Phone calls are connecting but can't hear anything and can't be heard by caller. What do I do to fix this? I have LG Volt 2 and no PC!!!

You should try a Hard Reset. This will clear all the data from your phone and bring it back to the state it came from the factory. If the no sound is a software issue this should fix it.
