Audiobooks on Galaxy S3

Hey guys whenever I download audiobooks (usually ripped from a CD) and try to put them on my SD card they come out all unorganized and not in their folders. Do you guys know how to fix this?

I just create a folder and put then in there. I use this app to play them:
