Music Hub was recently released in Australia (17Oct) which I downloaded and used sucessfully for 2 days but now everytime I open the app up it force closes with the error 'The application music hub(processcom.sec.musichubau.android)has stopped unexpectedly. Please try agin.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still get the same error. I have also done a factory reset but still get the same issue.
Does anyone have an advice on how I can fix this?

I'm in Australia & I have an Optus branded SGS2 although I am not on Optus. When I start Music Hub it still says "Samsung Music Hub not supported in this country" like it always has?!! I can see the Music hub screen layout n the background, so it's not crashing but no access. Others from Australia please test out?

No you are right, I have been using the new Music hub since downloading from Samsung apps and it is very buggy...

Especially in offline mode, often it will load load a playlist at all but forced close. Other times it has been clocking with the "Loading...." message and the only way to kill it is to switch the phone off. There is no way to provide feedback to them like other apps? Other than it crashing I am enjoying the business model of streaming and storing your own playlists for an annual fee rather than 'owning' the songs.

unfortunately Samsung doesn't care about us aussies...

Same as samsung "DIVE"....i had trouble with registering my samsung account only to find there is no support for it over here.

I haven't used the hub but i have no doubt there is another option out there. i would take that one....

When you download a music file...song or album..to your playlist and then "edit playlist" and "sync to your device" .....ie songs are downloaded to the phone so you can play your music "offline" the phone tells you it is "cashing....." BUT where are these files saved on the phone??
I have tried to find location and getting nowhere.
I would like to copy these files to my computer so that I can add them to other mP3 devices.
