Help auto addresses and phone numbers.

when someone sms me a number or address, android seems to make life difficult for me more often than not.

First, it won't auto dial or auto map correctly more often than not. . Then when you want to copy and paste it manually into the maps app, its impossible using stock apps and/or google voice.

for example 5551112222, (seven digit number is ok) but someone sending me (555)111-2222 won't work.

Its MADDENING for me. Are there apps out there that can do this better than stock or something i am over looking?

i tried it on the new EVO 4g lte and it does the same crap.

what text app are you using? for me go sms pro works fine for me on my phone. i can even paste directly into my phone dialer with no issues no matter how the number is sent.

Yeah same for me on stock. As ocn said use gosms pro. Alot more customization
