Help autoclose messaging

Hello!

Loving the desire and android 2.2.

But there is one thing that is bugging me.
When opening messaging and viewing a message and then pressing the HOME button. And after wards launching the messaging app again it defaults to showing me the last sms I have seen.

So I would like that whenever I launch messaging it would always start in the view all messages.

The only solution I have found thus far is by using a task killer. Which would auto kill 'messages' when not in use.

So I installed Advanced Task Killer and set it to kill messaging when the screen is OFF. But it just does not work.

Greatly appreciate any help on this issue

I am not talking about email app. I mean the app for messaging like sending SMS.

As for the link you gave to task killers. I already know all about it. Have been programming for Linux and Windows for some time now.
