Help Autofocus issues!!! Erg!!!

So I've had the Droid 4 for a year now and I love the phone, like a lot. Lol. But since it was upgraded to ICS I've had a big problem with the camera. Most notably the autofocus on the camcorder. Whenever I record a video the autofocus goes nuts and always tries to refocus. It's extremely distracting. So I have a couple questions. 1) Can I turn off autofocus for videos? or 2) Is there another way around it or is it an issue with my phone?

Did you do a Factory Data Reset after upgrading to ICS?

I don't think so. A factory reset would mean I have to reinstall all of my applications right? If I remember correctly I didn't do that. Unless it was done automatically.
