If you have any pictures on your phone be sure to back up those from /data/media/DCIM folder before factory reset!

Step 1. Download
Step 2. Copy to the root of sdcard
Step 3. Reboot to recovery
Step 4. Make a Nandroid backup (Just in case)
Step 5. do a factory/data reset
Step 6. clear cache
Step 7. Advanced -> clear dalvik-cache
Step 8. install zip from sdcard
Step 9. Enjoy the silky smoothness of Awesome Android

just boot into CWM and choose backup & Restore then choose backup. Battery life is pretty good for me but it all depends on what speed you run the Cpu at. Keep in mind this is an initial release as is by no means a finished product. I'm off all next week so expect major work to be done and an update.

its gonna be a while i have to wait for it to mirror to the servers on goo.im wich could take an hour or longer. I have to lay down have to work tonight. I will check around 7:00 to see if its up.
