hi can anyone tell me what a axt9ime app is please and does it use the internet to connect many thanks also i have a sasung galexy x and my bill is going through the roof when in the running services menu i click on apps to stop them running and using the internet when the phone iss turned off and on they start again using the net the only one i carnt stop running is the axt9ime app
