I bought a differant phone and have my ally back to stock so I can sell it. Since I have changed over to the new phone I take it I can't get OTA updates after doing the LGNPST method? Whenever someone activates it they will get updates?
Also, How do I get my number removed from the phone? When i check the phone info. my number is still in there..

Im pretty sure a factory reset will wipe that. Shoulda just left the cust. Firmware on it for the next user. As for the number, itl change once a new user activates it.

Just follow the LGNPST. You can take OTA updates over wifi. I'm pretty sure the number will change when it's re-activated.
