Hi everyone I'm new and I need help please.

I rooted my phone and start deleting a few things such as the "bongo wifi" then I decided to delete the dialing pad and contacts so that I could download the "acontact app"

I did this and the phone was working fine but later I restarted the phone by turning it off and holding down the volume key along with the home key (Thinking that it was going to make my phone go back to stock but it did not)

My question is how can I put my phone back to stock???
Right now I cant use my phone to make phone calls or anything, the dialing pad and contacts are gone because when I reseted it deleted all the apps that I download but it did not brign back the ones I deleted

I have Optimus m ms690 half way rooted it because now everything is messed up..

well hopefully if you are rooted you put a custom recovery on your phone (i.e. CWM, GNM, or Joneidy's) and made a backup of your phone.

If not, then you will probably have to undo everything back to original state by using LGNPST. Check the forum on the exact instructions, especially if you don't already have LGNPST.

Once your phone is back to out-of-box state, re-root, add the custom recovery, and then make a backup just in case something like this happens again.

    Good luck
