Back to stock rooted for me, need some ideas to get CM look and feel

As the thread states, I am headed back to stock rooted GC01.....had issues with 3g not sticking on both the kitkat versions of dastins, I think it's a tower hand off thing....the 3g "shows" it's on, but when I go to browse the web it says no data signal, try again. I check the data, it still shows 3g.....when I toggle it off, then on again, it works fine. I really do think it's just a tower handshake or transfer error in the way itkat does it, and just hasn't been ironed out yet...I'm sure it will in time.
I also tried hood pope, and everything worked well on it, but it had a rotation issue, it would get suck in one mode and not flip back.
SO I then tried cm10.1, android 4.3.1 and everything worked really well on it, except for teh dreaded gps bug, it takes forever and a day to lock on quite a bit of times.......a few times it'll lock on in like 2s, but mostly overall, it takes anywhere from 2mins to 10 mins, if it even locks.
So all that said I'm headed back to what I know works.
I am not a really big fan of Twz, so what I am after is, I want to have the look and feel of the CM stuff.
The closest I can come to is as follows:
-use nova launcher (I really use that in almost every rom I have anyways so it's not a big deal)
-I use an AIO tweak where I get 3minit settings, quick toggles tweaking, and the 3 page settings menu.

I'm not sure what else I can do other than those things to get the cm feel and look I love so much. Guess I should have gone with a nexus phone maybe, dunno.
I keep going back to cm and other roms cm/aokp/aosp base, but end up finding glitches that hinder me from wanting to use them, or else they have entirely TOO many setting to navigate thru it jsut makes it overwhelming to even set thing up and remember where a setting was located at if I wanna cahnge it, I guess that's why I like the cm so much, it's implistic.....so I revert back to stock, in which I know thing just work.

So I'm open for suggestions, and thanks for any info you can give me.

Xposed frameworks will give you options on tw. Should work on s2. Google search xposed xda. And if y'all are on 4.2 yet you can use wanam xposed

I used the Xposed framework for the per app dpi on TW. Using the Xposed framework along with a launcher change, and I'm sure you could get the stock ROM to look like CM

Unless someone ports the stock from the S3 over, I don't think we will be seeing a stock TW 4.2. I don't believe Samsung is planning another build for the S2. 4.1.2 is what we have. though the update to 4.2 are only minor things, and many are things TW already has in 4.1.2

I remember reading an article comparing the two, and I found it amusing when it was giving examples on what was in 4.2 that was not in 4.1, but with TW 4.1 I had those features.

There are lots of xposed modules you can use to customize your phone. Making tw more like aosp
