Has anyone came up with a way to go back to stock completely even stock recovery?

    1. Download the Forums for Android™ app!

  2. I see you asking for a lot of stock items. If you want 100% stock so badly, why did you even root your phone in the first place?

Anyway, to answer your question, yes you can with a little bit of work. Boneface has a stock apps folder in the root76 thread that has pretty much everything that came with the phone, you can double check in Sepero's safe apps thread where I asked somebody to post the app folders' contents.

As for stock recovery: You can push the stock recovery back to the phone to it's proper partition through ADB, as long as you or somebody here made a dump of the original recovery image before pushing CWM recovery. Otherwise, start PM'ing people and ask if they can dump their ORIGINAL stock recovery.img and e-mail it to you. I didn't save it cuz it's just a generic Android recovery that doesn't do anything anyway.

EDIT- I believe you can also use OUDHS recovery package to flash the original recovery, you just have to swap the files so that the kit pushes the stock recovery.

And, if you are unsure of how to push a recovery manually or swap the files mentioned, DON'T TRY IT, as you can BRICK if you don't do it right. Go to the OUDHS IRC chat and ask them to help you!!! Sepero, I'm sure would be happy to help you. Don't risk a brick!!!

Now, speaking of Sepero, where has he been hiding??

You could just brick it and warranty out your phone you have a 1 year. Get the new one and make a recovery partition dump with the new untuched phone. There are a few apps that will unroot as well as bones first stock rom release that breaks root
  6. LOL ^^^ or the method with less work involved :D Just make sure it doesn't boot up, looks even better if it won't power on ;)
