Help 'Backgrounds' app not saving photos?

I am having some trouble saving pictures from the 'Backgrounds' application.

An error message comes up saying,

'Could not save the image. Please make sure SD card is inserted and mounted'

The SD card in my G2/Hero is clearly in and 'mounted', because I can 'unmount' it in the settings.

This is driving me mad!

hey i got the same problem tooo
found out how to fix it
try uninstalling the app from the market and install it again
it works for me now
