Help Backing up the sensation?

The screen on mine is not displaying correctly and as its only 6 weeks old, so is being replaced tomorrow by Orange.

I use Google for my diary and contacts, so back up is not an issue there, but how can I easily back up all my apps and their settings please? Pen & paper?

For backing up I use 2 apps, both paid for, My backup Pro and App Monster Pro.

Between the 2 of them u can backup all of your apps and app folders containing crucial files n data personal to yourself. Also you can backup all of your settings and homescreen layouts/widgets, contacts, messages, call logs, bookmarks and more...
