    Hi,

Does anyone know how to backup the phone's settings and apps and everything else into a .tar file?

That way i can flash it back to that .tar file using odin and i'll get my phone exactly the way that i had when i back up the phone previously.

    Anyone knows how?

    My phone is rooted already.

    Thanks in advance!

if you reboot to recovery there should be an option to save to backup from the recovery screen.

apparently the file is about 700mb so make sure you have enough space on your SD card.

if you don't have samdroid tools to boot to recovery with, turn off your phone then press vol down + call + end call
