Bad reviews blocked on Google Play?

Google Playstore seems to be blocking my entering any comments on apps to which I've given a low rating--is this systemic? E.g. want to voice what I hate about Gmail app--giving 2 stars only offers "cancel" on any remarks.

Are you sure you're giving your comment a header/title (ie the little bold line next to the star rating in the reviews/comments)?

I noticed I couldn't leave a comment without giving it a title.

I've noticed that sometimes my comments are not added right away. Most times they are, but sometimes I have to go back several hours later to make sure it was added.

I give some horrific reviews lol. as the others have said, make sure you rate it at least one star and put in a short header :thumbup:
