Ok, so AT&T and Verzion are throttling bandwidth for their top 5%, but check this out from CNN.com

"As of April, Sprint claimed to be "the only national wireless carrier offering unlimited pricing plans without data overages or throttling." However, this month AllThingsD reports that Sprint will use its prepaid Virgin Mobile brand to test data speed throttling for customers using more than 2.5 GB of data in a month. Despite that Sprint also recently launched an ad campaign ridiculing its competitors for throttling data speeds"

Is it me, or could this stiffle 4g rollouts, I mean who cares if I can download at 6mb or more, if I can only download 2.5 GB or 5 GB before I come to a crawl. So much for streaming video like Netflix or others, as you will suck down your limits within a week. ...

this was announced a month ago... about virgin mobile...

the ad is for Sprint .... Virgin is a pre-paid arm of sprint nextel corporation.

do you not see the difference between Toyota and Lexus? one's ad/claim does not apply to both.
