Barcode Scanner Help

I am looking for a barcode scanner that I can add my own description to. I own a retail store and it would be really nice to be able to scan a product with my phone and have the price and product code for my store come up for each product. I understand that I would have to program these descriptions in myself but can't find a barcode app that let's me add any of my own information. Does anyone know of an app that can do this? Thanks for your help.
