Do you mean the batstats wipe? If I remember correctly that was debunked and its why its not included anymore. But here's a link with the best method I could find.

Clearing batt stats actually makes the device have to relearn the batt all over again, batt stats become more accurate over time... If ur device is dying quickly or gives erratic readings its either a bad batt or if u edited batt images an error doing so...

from my experience with cell bats and any rechargeable bat u need to completely drain and clear all cache or u never get right reading
